What are Behold’s energy efficiency measures?
Our new homes and apartments incorporate six principal energy-efficient features identified by the Environmental Protection Agency to reduce the cost of power usage. They are:
- Effective insulation.
- High-performance windows.
- Tight construction and ducts.
- Energy-efficient heating and cooling equipment.
- Energy-efficient products, such as Energy Star equipment.
- Third-party verification from independent home energy raters.
