To be eligible for Housing to Behold, you must meet at least one of the eligibility requirements.:
- Functional need or disability.
- Financial, legal, institutional or background challenges.
- Transition challenges.
- Foster System participant.
- Disadvantaged.
- Housing provider program referrals.
Affordability at Housing to Behold
- Housing cost to be 30 percent of income or less.
- Subsidized by various agencies.
- Payment schedule for deposits, etc.
Available Assistance at Housing to Behold
- Section 8 and other subsidies.
- Sponsored program assistance.
- Tax Reduction program.
How the Process Works
- Sign up for the waiting list, when housing becomes available contact will be in the order received. Housing is not anticipated to be available until 2016-17.
