Be Accommodated with Behold
Modular homes have entered the millennium, with stylish, functional designs featuring multiple amenities and layouts tailored to your exacting needs.
What’s modular construction?
Modular construction is a process where buildings are constructed off-site under rigorously controlled factory conditions. While modular construction uses the same materials and adheres to the same standards and codes as conventional homes, the construction is completed in about half the time.
The factory-controlled process generates less waste, creates fewer site disturbances and allows for tighter construction.
Construction of modular buildings occurs simultaneously with site work, allowing projects to be completed much more rapidly than traditional construction. Once assembled, modular homes are virtually indistinguishable from their site-built counterparts.

What else should I know about Behold homes?
Accessible modular homes must meet the same building codes as traditional accessible housing, but they can do so at a lower cost and in less time. The modular construction process also makes it easy to add elements and devices while making any space adaptations required to ensure the home is accessible, functional and tailored to specific needs.
